Reservoir levels across the country are up at the beginning of the fourth week of March. In the Southeast/Center-West, levels rose 2.5%, closing at 36% of the maximum storage capacity.
Levels are up 3.4% in the South and 1.2% in the Northeast; in the North, after climbing 6.5%, levels are at 64% storage capacity.
